Page extraction

Extract PDF pages online and save a smaller file.

When you only need a few pages from a longer PDF, the safest workflow is simple: open the file, select the exact pages, export a new PDF, then check the result before sending it.

A clean extraction workflow

  1. Open the PDF in the browser tool.
  2. Enter the page range or click the page numbers you need.
  3. Download the new PDF containing only those pages.
  4. Open the exported file and confirm the pages are correct.
  5. Rename the file clearly before sending or archiving it.
If the PDF contains private information, make sure the pages you exclude are not needed and are not accidentally included in the exported file.

Common reasons to extract pages

Contracts

Send only the signed page, pricing page, or relevant clause instead of the whole file.

Receipts

Pull a receipt or invoice page from a large monthly statement.

Reports

Share one section of a report without attaching every appendix.

School files

Extract assignment pages, reading sections, or forms from a class packet.

Scanned documents

Split scanned paperwork into smaller files by page number.

Email attachments

Reduce file size and avoid sending unrelated pages.
