Selected pages
Save selected PDF pages as a new file.
Sometimes the pages you need are not one neat range. You may need page 2, page 7, and page 14 from the same PDF. A selected-page workflow is better for receipts, forms, appendices, and mixed document packets.
Why selected pages are safer than sending the whole PDF
Large PDF packets often include pages that are irrelevant, private, outdated, or simply distracting. Saving only the selected pages reduces file size and lowers the chance of sending extra information by mistake.
